The staff were courteous and always smiling. They were very professional and no request was too big or small. I was impressed by the hotel's location. It was right in the center of the city with great proximity to good restaurants. I found the hotel's cleanliness to be great and facilities were great! The breakfast served every morning was varied and delicious.
Could not be improved in any way. This hotel served all my requirements and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Helpful manager, good bar and restaurant, popular with non-residents. Quick resolution of cable TV issue. Seemed like a club with friendly residents. Great location near other restaurants. Good free internet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully designed with great lighting system, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant that served a special menu for us. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay unforgettable.

The hotel we stayed in was fantastic! the breakfast and dinner served at the associated restaurant was delicious and worth the indulgence. the room was spacious and very well designed. We loved the funny lighting features and the special menu that the cook prepared for us. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. the staff was very friendly and informative, providing us with all the information we needed.
the housekeeping staff often talked loudly outside the neighboring rooms, which was distracting and at times, a little creepy.

The hotel had a great location, close to main points of interest. The breakfast had a variety of delicious food, and the staff was always smiling and helpful. We had an amazing Christmas time in the comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms.

Some of the staff in the bar and restaurant were not very friendly and did not contribute to a good dining experience.
